We are the extension company of Guven Tarim ve Tic. Ltd. Sti. which is one of the most experienced and well-known companies, which specialize in the cotton, cottonseeds and cotton yarn business in Antakya since 1959.

Our Import-export and Consultancy Company "Fatco Ltd." established in 1992. The main task of Fatco was making the baled cotton, cotton yarn and cotton seed trade.

In the end of the year 2003 we re-organized and changed the name of the company as HAYTEK Danismanlik, Temsilcilik, Ticaret, Ltd. Sti. and defined our main line of businesses as High Technology and Ecological Textile Trading and we signed for sole agency of soybeanfibre in Turkey.

In 2007 we re-organized again and changed the name of the company as HAYTEKS EKOLOJIK TEKSTIL SAN. VE TIC. LTD. STI. and we relocated our head office and our warehouse in Ankara.
